Art from Around the School
Jose Ortega Elementary School receives designated funds to provide arts education through an artist-in-residence program. Each year, the staff decides what the artistic focus will be, and a lead teacher organizes the residencies with the principal. We rotate between visual arts, performing arts, and creative writing.
